Graphing Polynomials with Desmos

I’m trying to find a good solution for students when are exploring graphing polynomials for the first time. I’d like to use Desmos for this and I know you can embed Desmos in a gF…but I’m curious if anyone else has done this and what are the benefits and pitfalls I should be aware of.

Also, is there a better solution than this to teach graphing polynomials? I just watched the webinar about a teacher having students write their graphs on a mini-whiteboard then attach a picture to the “show your work” question. How does that work? Has anyone else tried this?

I’m curious about buying usb mouse pens (instead of a wacom tablet) for students to digitally draw graphs. Could anyone speak to this?

Thank you for your help!
